2. Provide Evidence: To expedite the process, please include a clear photo of the damaged flowers and the packaging in your email.
3. Order Information: Include your order number or confirmation email and details about the condition of the flowers when they arrived.
4. Resolution: Once we review the provided information, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund based on your preference. Your satisfaction is our priority at Faux&Flora!

A: We pride ourselves on the amount of customization you can add to make it uniquely your own!
You can choose the size of arrangement you want (small, medium or large) OR you can take it a step further and specifically pick how many stems of which flowers you want!
We have an abundance of flower types and colors for you to pick from, even if you see a pre-made arrangement but just want it a little different, let me know and I will do my best to make it exactly how you want at no additional cost!
I always say there are no rules when it comes to art. And that means, there are no arrangement styles we wont attempt for you! Whether you want classic, modern or downright extravagant we will put love and passion into each flower that you receive.
With our accessories and add-ons, you can pick your own vase, ribbons, personalized note or any kind of decoration! If there is an addition you would love to have with your arrangement but don't see listed on our website, give me a shout and I will do my absolute best to make sure we can get it for you!
